DYISLAND offers a clear and reliable warranty for all brand-new hydraulic brake kits purchased through our official website, ensuring your riding safety and satisfaction.


1. Scope of Coverage

  • This warranty applies only to brand-new brake kits purchased from the official DYISLAND website.

  • The warranty period is 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase.

  • Second-hand products or those purchased from unauthorized or third-party platforms are not covered under this warranty.


2. What the Warranty Covers

If your brake kit meets proper usage and maintenance standards, we will provide:

  • Repair services

  • Replacement parts (limited to one-time replacement)

  • All associated parts, labor, and shipping costs

⚠️ Only one free replacement is allowed during the warranty period.


3. Shipping Damage Policy

  • Any shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • This policy applies to all products, including brake kits and accessories.

  • Once confirmed, DYISLAND will provide free replacement for any damaged parts due to shipping.


4. What Is NOT Covered

  • Brake pads

  • Brake fluid

  • Brake hoses

  • Seals and O-rings

  • Brake rotors

  • Damage caused by collisions, fire, accidents, or environmental conditions (e.g., acid rain, sea salt, hail, etc.)

  • Overloading, misuse, or lack of regular maintenance

  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repairs

  • User-inflicted damage or failure due to improper use

  • Performance issues resulting from non-standard use


5. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Submit a Warranty Request

    • Order number

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

    • Brief description of the issue

  2. Evaluation by Support Team
    Once received, our team will review your claim within 2–7 business days and confirm whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

  3. Replacement Parts Shipment
    If the issue is covered, DYISLAND will ship the replacement parts.

    • Expedited shipping is not available for warranty parts.

6. Out-of-Warranty Support

  • If your brake kit is outside the warranty period, we still offer diagnostic and repair services.

  • However, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacement parts and shipping.
