DYISLAND supports delivery to North America, the European Union, and some countries/regions. The standard delivery time is 7–15 working days, and the specific time may vary depending on the logistics arrangement and the customs clearance process at the destination.

DYISLAND supports 30 days of worry-free returns. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a return within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure the packaging is intact to avoid damage during transportation. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

After confirming that the returned product meets the return conditions, we will process a refund after product inspection. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

As long as the hole spacing of your e-bike frame type meets international standard dimensions （74mm/2.91inch）and can be installed without any problems, then you just need to use the original brake rotor.
