FAQs about orders and payments

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).We will process your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery

We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, etc. (Please refer to the checkout page for details)

Once the order is submitted and the payment is completed, we will process it as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours (dyislandemliy@gmail.com) and we will do our best to help you. If the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Frequently asked questions about logistics and delivery

Standard delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on the logistics company and customs clearance in the destination country.

International base shipping is $10. Shipping is free on orders over $30.

DYISLAND provides delivery services to North America, the European Union and some countries. However, due to logistics or policy restrictions, some areas may not be delivered. Please confirm your delivery area during checkout. If your delivery area is not listed, please contact us to confirm whether it can be delivered.

After shipment, we will provide a logistics tracking number, and you can track the order status through the logistics official website or our order tracking page. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

FAQ about order returns and exchanges

We offer 7-day unconditional returns on hydraulic disc brakes.
The product must be in new and unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Products from unauthorized dealers, items damaged by human factors, modified products, and gifts are not eligible for return.

Email dyislandemliy@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether it's a return or exchange. Once accepted, they’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.

The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless there is a quality problem with the product or the delivery is wrong.

Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The funds will be refunded to the original payment method, and the processing time may vary based on your bank or credit card company.

Frequently asked questions about warranty and after-sales

We provide a 6-month quality warranty for hydraulic disc brakes, but does not include wearing parts (such as brake pads, oil pipes, etc.)

Failures caused by human damage, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair are not covered by the warranty.

If the product failure is covered by warranty, the repair or replacement is free of charge, but the shipping cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.

Products that are out of warranty can still be repaired, but the repair costs and related logistics costs must be borne by the buyer.

The warranty service is only applicable to new products purchased through the DYISLAND official website or authorized dealers. Second-hand products and products purchased from unauthorized sales channels are not eligible for warranty service.
