Order Processing Time

Only available in the US and EU countries


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • United States: 7-12 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Standard shipping time: 7-15 business days
  • Other Regions: Delivery times may vary depending on destination, logistics services, or external factors (e.g., weather, customs delays).

  • If the delivery area cannot be displayed, please contact us by email (dyislandemliy@gmail.com) and send your delivery address so that we can confirm whether it can be delivered as soon as possible (some areas may not be delivered due to local policies or logistics restrictions)

Shipping Costs

  • Basic shipping fee: Orders less than $30 will be charged a basic shipping fee of $10.
  •  Standard delivery: Orders over $30 will be automatically exempted from basic shipping fee

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your package status.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged or lost during transit, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will assist you with resolving the issue.

  • DYISLAND is not responsible for losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers or failure to collect the package in time.

Duties & Import Fees

  • Orders shipped to certain countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please check your local import regulations before placing an order to avoid delays or additional costs.
