DYISLAND offers a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy for customers in eligible regions.

Return Conditions

  • If the product is defective or affects normal use within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a full refund.

  • If the product has minor defects but remains functional, we may offer partial compensation or replacement parts instead of a full return.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and including all accessories and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damage & Issues


Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at dyislandemliy@gmail.com, and we will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Warranty Policy


Our products include a 6-month limited quality warranty.

  • If the product experiences a defect due to non-human quality issues within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement.

  • The warranty does not cover fragile parts such as brake pads, oil pipes, or other accessories.

  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or repairs is not covered under the warranty.

Return Process

  • Email dyislandemliy@gmail.com with your order number and indicate whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.

  • Specify the reason for the return.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and return instructions.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

  • Damage caused by human misuse.

  • Products modified by the customer without authorization.

  • Free gifts or promotional items.

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Returns take approximately 1-3 business days to process after we receive the item.

  • Once your return is inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund approval status.

  • If your return is confirmed, you may contact us to expedite processing.
