DYISLAND offers a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy for customers in eligible regions.
Return Conditions
- If the product is defective or affects normal use within the return period, we will accept the return and issue a full refund.
- If the product has minor defects but remains functional, we may offer partial compensation or replacement parts instead of a full return.
- Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and including all accessories and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at dyislandemliy@gmail.com, and we will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Warranty Policy
Our products include a 6-month limited quality warranty.
- If the product experiences a defect due to non-human quality issues within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement.
- The warranty does not cover fragile parts such as brake pads, oil pipes, or other accessories.
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or repairs is not covered under the warranty.
Return Process
- Email dyislandemliy@gmail.com with your order number and indicate whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.
- Specify the reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and return instructions.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
- Damage caused by human misuse.
- Products modified by the customer without authorization.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
Return Shipping & Refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or credit card provider.
