Rreturn Policy:
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return service. This means you can return your item within 30 days from the date you received it.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused, free of wear and tear, and in the same condition as when received;
- The product should be in its original packaging, including all accessories and instructions;
- The original proof of purchase (such as order number, electronic invoice, etc.) must be provided;
- The return request must be submitted and approved in advance via email;
DYISLAND does not accept unrequested or unapproved returns.
Please note: Returns are not accepted for products that are more than 30 days from the date of shipment
Return handling
1. If the product affects normal use (functional problems)
- You can apply for a return and receive a full refund;
- Or choose to replace the product.
2. If the product has minor defects but does not affect normal use
- We will provide corresponding compensation or replacement parts.
Return Process
1. Please send an email to dyislandemliy@gmail.com and provide the following information:
- Order number;
- Your return or exchange request;
- Detailed description of the reason for return/exchange (photos are recommended)
2. Once a return request is accepted, we will provide:
- Return address information;
- Return shipping label (if applicable);
- Instructions for return operations.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to product quality issues. Shipping costs for returned merchandise are non-refundable.
Notes
The following products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Products purchased from unauthorized channels;
- Damage caused by human factors;
- Products modified, disassembled, and repaired by customers;
- Free gifts, lucky draw gifts;
- Accessories sold unofficially (such as parts not purchased from DYISLAND official website/authorized stores);
- Customers purchase the wrong accessories (please confirm the accessory model and compatibility before purchase)
Damage and abnormal problems
- Please check the product immediately upon receipt. If you find that the product is defective, damaged in transit, or received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will handle it promptly.
- It is recommended that the returned product use a trackable logistics service or purchase transportation insurance to prevent the product from being lost or damaged during the logistics process
Refund Instructions
- We will process the refund within 3-6 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods;
- Once the refund is approved, it will be issued within 1-3 business days;
- The refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method;
- The specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank or credit card company;
- If you confirm that the goods have been delivered to our warehouse, you can contact us by email to speed up the processing progress.
Other Terms
- This return and exchange policy only applies to original consumers who purchased from DYISLAND authorized channels;
- Non-original consumers (such as second-hand car owners) do not meet DYISLAND's return and exchange policy.
- If consumers modify parts of the product, the return and exchange and refund policy will be immediately invalidated.
