About Shipping Fees
1. Buy brake kits: Free shipping for all orders.
2. Other orders:
- Orders less than $30: Standard shipping fee of $10.
- Orders equal to or greater than $30: Automatically enjoy free standard shipping.

Track your order:
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with detailed tracking information so you can follow its journey.
- Once we receive your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm its availability and prepare it for immediate shipment.
- If your item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you via email.
- If your item is ready to ship immediately, we will generate a shipping label.

About Customization and Pre-order Items
- Pre-order items: will be shipped according to the pre-sale time indicated in the product name, please pay attention to the specific delivery date.
- Customized items: usually shipped within 2-5 working days. If you need customized services, please contact customer service to confirm the details before placing an order.
Order Cancellation/Modification:
- If you need to cancel/modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
- We can cancel your order and refund your payment before the item is shipped.
- Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Damage and Lost Packages

About package rejection
