DYISLAND brake kits are warranted against manufacturing defects for 180 days from the date of purchase.

If you need a repair or replacement that is not covered by warranty, please contact us. We will do our best to support you - often we can help diagnose the problem and provide a replacement part for a fee to complete the repair.

DYISLAND supports delivery to North America, the European Union, and some countries/regions. The standard delivery time is 7–15 working days, and the specific time may vary depending on the logistics arrangement and the customs clearance process at the destination.
Due to logistics or policy restrictions, some areas may not support delivery.

DYISLAND supports 30 days of worry-free returns. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a return within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure the packaging is intact to avoid damage during transportation. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
If the return is due to a defective part, we are happy to provide a replacement part to solve the problem and ensure that you can resume use as soon as possible.
After confirming that the returned product meets the return conditions, we will process a refund after product inspection. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
Please note that products with man-made damaged or missing parts will not be refunded.
